Rodd Santomauro is the Chief Operations Officer of Synergy Settlement Services. Synergy offers healthcare lien resolution, Medicare secondary payer compliance services, pooled trust services, settlement asset management services and structured settlements. Rodd is responsible for overseeing all strategic and operational functions of Synergy. He also oversees the company’s business development strategies, plans, and initiatives. A former practicing plaintiff personal injury attorney with 20 years of consumer advocacy and leadership experience, Rodd brings a unique and powerful added perspective to Synergy’s comprehensive set of services.
Rodd is licensed to practice law and is an attorney in good standing in the following jurisdictions: All State Courts in Florida, the District of Columbia, the United States Supreme Court, U.S. District Court; Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court; District of Columbia.
Rodd’s professional awards, include: Silver Eagle Award, Florida Justice Association; Board Member of the Year, Brevard County Bar Association; Annual Professionalism Award, Brevard County Bar Association; Inaugural Recipient of the Dean’s Achievement Award, Barry University of Orlando School of Law.
Rodd has had his essay writing work published by American Inns of Court The Bencher, various publications from the American Association for Justice, as well as many other state and national publications. He has made multiple radio and television appearances, lectured and been a featured speaker at several legal symposiums, and his work and resulting successes has been featured in cover stories in the Des Moines Register, Barry Law Magazine, Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, Connecticut Law Tribune, as well as The Florida Bar News.
Rodd received his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. He received his Juris Doctor from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida.
